Motorrad vorne"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dieses Schild, stammt gem\u00e4ss Strassenverkehrs- und Schifffahrtsamt Kanton St. Gallen aus dem Jahr 1903 (u.E. vermutlich Produktionsjahr \/ Inkraftsetzung 1904). Dabei handelt es sich allerdings um ein Motorradkennzeichen (vorne).<\/p>\n<p>Die witterungsbest\u00e4ndigen Emailschilder erlebten ihre Bl\u00fctezeit f\u00fcr Reklamezwecke zwischen 1890 und 1960. F\u00fcr Fahrradkennzeichen wurde diese aufw\u00e4ndige Technik 1903 bis 1933 ausschliesslich von 15 Deutschschweizer Kantonen verwendet (Aargau, Appenzell Innerrhoden, Basel-Land, Basel-Stadt, Graub\u00fcnden, Luzern, Obwalden, St. Gallen, Schaffhausen, Solothurn, Schwyz, Thurgau, Uri, Zug, Z\u00fcrich). Der Kanton St. Gallen kreierte 1903 die ersten Schilder im Email-Design. Zug war der letzte Kanton, der zwischen 1925 und 1933 noch Email-Schilder ausgegeben hat. Die Schilder waren bis 11.3 cm gross und durch die massive, gew\u00f6lbte Metallunterlage entsprechend schwer. Sie wurden in vier verschiedenen Formen hergestellt; rechteckig, oval oder rund. Die K\u00f6nigin der Formen war jedoch die Herzform (auch Schild oder Wappen) bzw. &#8220;herzf\u00f6rmig&#8221;, wie sie offiziell in Verordnungen genannt wurde. Das &#8220;schweizerischste&#8221; aller Fahrradkennzeichen ist vielleicht das Email-Schild in Herzform des Kanton Schwyz.
